From the moment I met Sara and Joe, and heard their ideas for an engagement shoot, I was super excited to work with them.  Sara liked the idea of something romantic and vintage like an old town, while Joe wanted to get some shots together with the custom motorcycle he'd been working on.  My wheels started spinning instantly.  Finding new places to shoot is difficult sometimes, but I love the challenge, and every now and then you find some hidden gems that were sitting under your nose the entire time.  Such was the case when I started exploring the wetlands around the San Joaquin and Sacramento River Delta...historic towns, rustic storefronts, winding roads, and vast open plains.  Throw in an awesome couple and a beautiful sunset to ride off into at the end of the day, and it made for one fun and very memorable shoot.  Looking forward to shooting their wedding this summer!
